2. Unlawful Surveillance & Non-Consensual Monitoring Prohibited

You strictly agree not to use Peekem for covert surveillance, stalking, wiretapping, or recording individuals in private areas without their explicit knowledge and consent. Non-consensual surveillance is a direct violation of our terms and applicable laws.

3. Access Credentials & User Responsibility

Room Codes and Security PINs function as decentralized shared keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and pairing QR codes. Anyone possessing your active room credentials may view live streams up to the active viewer limit.
